Where is De? Sometimes this is a tough question, but today we are able to answer it. De is in Michigan. What is he doing there? His sister Delain lives there and he and Gary are there helping her with Halfway Lake Resort, which she owns. If you ever want a beautiful place to visit I hear it is the place to be. De and Gary have been in Michigan for at least a year now and even survived the winter. He's actually starting to think that 80 is way too hot and 55 is pretty warm. Quite a change from the Florida weather he is used to.

Dad has been to Oregon a couple of times to visit. We let him pretend to be on vacation for a couple of days before we mention all the house projects we've been thinking about doing. While he was here we did plenty of site seeing, hiking, and of course, eating. We think he is planning another trip to Oregon soon, but we're not certain. We hope so because we have lots of projects... I mean we really want him to relax.
